目的通过TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,MDA-LDL及飞行员动脉粥样硬化程度的检测,评价TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,MDA-LDL与动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。方法495名飞行员,年龄22~43岁;对照组为地勤体检人员40名,年龄25~46岁健康,禁食12h,空腹早8点抽取静脉血用KHC3法检测总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和间接胆红素(IBIL);用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测丙二酰二醛修饰的低密度脂蛋白(MDA-LDL)。依据颈动脉超声检查颈动脉窦部粥样斑块厚度的结果,将动脉粥样硬化的程度分为0,1,2,3级。结果飞行员动脉粥样硬化患病率为21.2%。动脉粥样硬化的不同程度与TBIL,DBIL,IBIL呈负相关(r=-0.257,P<0.001;r=-0.341,P<0.001,r=-0.316,P<0.001),与MDA-LDL呈正相关(r=0.114,P<0.05);MDA-LDL与TBIL,DBIL,IBIL呈负相关(r=-0.216,P<0.01,r=-0.175,P<0.05,r=201,P<0.01)。结论飞行员的MDA-LDL,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL不但是诱发动脉粥样硬化的一个临床危险因素,而且可能还参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展过程。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the levels of TBIL, DBIL, IBIL and MDA-LDL and the degree of atherosclerosis by detecting the level of atherosclerosis in TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, MDA-LDL and pilots. Methods 495 pilots were aged 22-43 years old. The control group consisted of 40 ground-based medical staff, aged 25-46 years old, fasting for 12 hours, and fasting as early as 8:00. Venous blood samples were collected for determination of total bilirubin (TBIL) Direct bilirubin (DBIL) and indirect bilirubin (IBIL). Malondialdehyde-aldehyde-modified low density lipoprotein (MDA-LDL) was detected by sandwich ELISA. Carotid artery ultrasound based on carotid atherosclerotic plaque thickness results, the degree of atherosclerosis is divided into 0,1,2,3 level. Results The prevalence of atherosclerosis in pilots was 21.2%. The different degree of atherosclerosis was negatively correlated with TBIL, DBIL and IBIL (r = -0.257, P <0.001; r = -0.341, P <0.001, r = -0.316, P <0.001) (R = -0.216, P <0.01, r = -0.175, P <0.05, r = 201, P <0.01) . Conclusion The pilots’ MDA-LDL, TBIL, DBIL and IBIL are not only a clinical risk factor for inducing atherosclerosis, but also participate in the development of atherosclerosis.
