随着我国人民生活水平的提高,家长对孩子健康的重视,体育课程的重要性逐渐凸显出来。然而,当前立定跳远教学中还存在一定的问题,例如:预摆过早导致的立定跳远动作不规范,蹬地动作完成不规范导致动作完成缺乏力度,落地过早造成的不必要的损伤等等。针对这些问题,本文从预摆、起跳、蹬地、落地等几个环节,采取了优化措施,强化了学生对立定跳远基础知识的理解,从而提升当前的体育教学水平,提高学生体质。
With the improvement of people’s living standards in our country, parents attach importance to their children’s health and the importance of physical education curriculum gradually becomes more prominent. However, there are still some problems in the teaching of standing long jump, for example, the pre-swinging long jump caused by irregular movements, the non-standard pedal action to complete the lack of action to complete the action, premature landing caused unnecessary damage and so on . In order to solve these problems, this paper takes several steps, such as pre-swing, take-off, kick-off, landing and so on, and optimizes the students ’understanding of the basic knowledge of standing long jump so as to enhance the current level of physical education and improve students’ physique.
