本试验用5个小斑菌(Helminthosporium maydis)菌株的毒素液测试了22个玉米自交系离体根冠细胞的敏感性,以分生孢子接种幼苗为对照。试验结果,供试玉米自交系的根冠细胞死亡率和接种幼苗后形成的病斑大小是高度相关的,两者的相关系数均在0.77以上。试验证明,根冠细胞分析法快速、简便、精确,在室内大规模快速鉴别玉米自交系的抗病性有极大的优越性。
In this study, the sensitivity of 22 corn inbred lines to root canals was tested using the toxin solution of five Helminthosporium maydis strains. Conidia inoculated seedlings were used as control. The results showed that there was a high correlation between the root cell death rate of the inbred lines of maize and the size of the lesion formed after the seedlings were inoculated. The correlation coefficients were both above 0.77. The experiment proves that the method of root-crown cell analysis is rapid, simple and accurate. It has great superiority in large-scale and rapid identification of the disease resistance of maize inbred lines indoors.
