采用微弧等离子焊接方法,对某型发动机气蚀后的叶轮进行了修复技术研究。对微弧等离子焊后的焊缝结合强度、高温持久性能、焊缝微观组织及硬度进行了测试,并结合有限元分析结果对焊接产品在实际工作环境中的可靠性进行了论证;研究结果表明:采用微弧等离子焊接后,焊缝晶粒细小,显微组织致密;其结合强度及硬度接近或超过基体;焊接试样的高温持久性能达到相关标准要求,经焊接修复后的叶轮能够满足服役环境的使用要求。
The micro-arc plasma welding method was used to study the repair technology of the impeller after cavitation of a certain type of engine. The weld joint strength, high temperature durability, microstructure and hardness of the welding seam after plasma arc welding were tested, and the reliability of the welding product in the actual working environment was demonstrated with the results of finite element analysis.
