二次喷射是近代强化柴油机燃料喷射系统发展中的一大问题。 本文首先给出了燃料喷射系统中供油波和反射波的计算实例,并对造成二次喷射的理论原因作了简要说明。 文中着重介绍在一机车柴油机燃料喷射系统中,当改变十四项运行参数和结构参数时对二次喷射影响的趋向和程度的实验结果,并指出了其中影响二次喷射的主要影响因素。 文中最后还叙述了应用上述的理论分析和实验分析结果,在机车用12V240Z型柴油机上为消除二次喷射而采取的措施及取得的经济效果。
Secondary injection is a major issue in the development of modern diesel fuel injection systems. In this paper, the calculation examples of the oil supply and reflected waves in the fuel injection system are given first, and the theoretical reasons for the secondary injection are given. In this paper, the experimental results on the tendency and extent of secondary injection when changing fourteen operating parameters and structural parameters in a locomotive diesel fuel injection system are emphatically introduced. The main influencing factors of secondary injection are pointed out. Finally, the paper also describes the application of the above theoretical analysis and experimental analysis of the results, in locomotive 12V240Z diesel engine to eliminate secondary injection and the measures taken to achieve economic results.
