高职院校的历史责任是培养具有必需的理论基础和扎实的实践能力的应用型技能人才,这个教育目标已为国内教育界所公认。本文重点从人文素质教育中职业核心能力培养方面展开论述,针对当前高职教育的发展现状进行提出问题,分析问题,解决问题。高职院校人文素质教育要按怎样的方式来进行呢?这一问题关键就在于怎样控制学习当中有限的时间内把学习人文素质课程的作用放到最大化,让学生可以从中得到益处,并逐步发展为能够满足市场需求的高素质人才。反之,培养学生人文素质课程的作用只能在所设置的课程当中作为其中的结构,在教育和教学的实践当中并不能起到重要作用。
The historical responsibility of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied skilled talents with the necessary theoretical foundation and solid practical ability. This educational goal has been recognized by the domestic education community. This article focuses on the cultivation of vocational core competence in humane quality education, puts forward the questions, analyzes the problems and resolves the problems in view of the current development of vocational education. The key to this problem lies in how to control the limited time in learning so as to maximize the role of humanistic courses in learning so that students can benefit from it. Gradually develop to meet the needs of the market of high-quality personnel. On the contrary, the role of cultivating students’ humane quality curriculum can only be one of the structures in the set curriculum, and can not play an important role in the practice of education and teaching.
