加入世贸组织之后,越南食品行业得到了许多机遇。经过多年的发展和建设,越南食品行业逐渐适应国民经济所需的多种产品,满足内需,以多种款式、品类替代进口及进行出口。许多产品具有较高的国际和国内的市场竞争力。根据工商部报道,食品加工业所占的工业总产出,特别是国内生产总值(GDP)的比例比较显著。估计每年食品销售总量占15%的GDP。这表明,食品行业很有潜能。然而,伴随着发展的优势和取得的成就,越南食品行业也要面临不少挑战。
After joining the WTO, Vietnam’s food industry has seen many opportunities. After years of development and construction, the food industry in Vietnam gradually adapts to the various products required by the national economy to meet domestic demand and substitutes imports and exports in various styles and categories. Many products have high international and domestic market competitiveness. According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the share of total industrial output in the food processing industry, especially the gross domestic product (GDP), is significant. It is estimated that annual food sales will account for 15% of GDP. This shows that the food industry has great potential. However, with the development advantages and achievements, Vietnam’s food industry also faces many challenges.
