目的:研究溃结安康汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠组织氧自由基影响及其作用机制。方法:健康Wist-ar大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、溃结安康汤组。TNBS/乙醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织氧自由基MDA含量和SOD活性。结果:模型组与正常组比较,大鼠结肠组织中的MDA含量明显升高,SOD活性明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、溃结安康汤组与模型组比较,MDA含量明显下降,SOD活性明显增强,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);溃结安康汤组与补脾益肠丸组、SASP组比较,MDA含量下降,SOD活性明显增强,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结安康汤可以降低溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠组织MDA含量、增加SOD活性。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of Kuijieankang decoction on oxygen free radical in colon tissue of rats with ulcerative colitis. METHODS: Healthy Wist-ar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Bupi Yichang Pill group, SASP group and Kuaijie Ankang Decoction group. A rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS/ethanol method. After the group was treated with gavage, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD in the oxygen free radicals of the colon tissues were determined. Results: Compared with the normal group, the MDA content in the colon tissue of the model group was significantly increased, and the SOD activity was significantly decreased (P<0.05); Bupi Yichang Pills group, SASP group, and Kuijie Ankang Decoction Compared with the model group, the MDA content was significantly decreased, and the SOD activity was significantly increased (P<0.05). The Kuijie Ankang Decoction group had a decrease in MDA content and a significant increase in SOD activity compared with the Bupi Yichang Pill group and the SASP group. Enhanced with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuijie Ankang Decoction can reduce the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in colon tissue of rats with ulcerative colitis.
