在经济日益发展的今天,企业要想生存,靠的是合理有效的管理理念,在战略制胜的环境熏陶下,企业要想保持可持续发展,就要靠制定科学有效的战略目标,以及对其的有效执行。虽然有一大部分企业制定的战略目标,不仅高瞻远瞩,还清晰可行,但是,差不多只有10%的企业对其制定的战略目标进行有效的执行。而平衡计分卡的出现,很好的抑制了这种现象的发生,保障企业有效的实施以及落实战略目标,提升企业的战略执行力。本文通过从企业战略执行中存在的问题入手,浅析平衡计分卡在企业战略中的作用以及应用,希望对企业的战略发展有所帮助。
