近年来,中国经济发展迅速,但我国资本市场的不完善已经成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素,而积极培育和发展机构投资者,仍是中国资本市场相当长时期内改革和发展的战略内容。本文首先简要概述我国机构投资者的发展现状;并分析机构投资者的发展对完善我国资本市场的重要意义,然后分别从机构投资者和管理层出发,提出了我国机构投资者的发展思路。 In recent years, China’s economy has developed rapidly. However, the imperfect capital market in our country has become an important factor that restricts China’s economic development. Actively nurturing and developing institutional investors remains a strategic element of reform and development in China’s capital market for a considerable period of time. This article first briefly summarizes the current situation of institutional investors in our country, and analyzes the significance of the development of institutional investors to the improvement of China’s capital market. Then, from the point of view of institutional investors and management, it puts forward the development of institutional investors in our country.
