自１９８０年２月到１９９０年２月，我院收住３５例心脏肿瘤。男性１２例，女性２３例，年龄７岁至５８岁。原发性心脏肿瘤３０例，其中左心房粘液瘤２６例，右心房粘液瘤８例，多发性的（包括左房、左心室）粘液瘤１例。心脏转移肿瘤５例，心包恶性瘤心脏转移８例，腺癌心脏转移２例。手术切除肿瘤２３例，存活１８例，早期死亡５例，晚期死亡１例。手术探查未能切除肿瘤４例，这４例均出院后８个月内死亡。４例因住院等待手术突然猝死。４例拒绝手术，出院后６～１８个月内死亡。作者认为心脏肿瘤应当早期诊断，早期手术治疗。
From February 1980 to February 1990, 35 cases of cardiac tumors were admitted to our hospital. There were 12 males and 23 females, aged from 7 to 58 years old. There were 30 cases of primary cardiac tumors, including 26 cases of left atrium myxoma, 8 cases of right atrium myxoma, and 1 case of multiple (including left atrium and left ventricle) myxoma. There were 5 cases of cardiac metastases, 8 cases of cardiac metastases, and 2 cases of adenocarcinoma cardiac metastases. Twenty-three patients underwent surgical resection, 18 survived, 5 died early, and 1 died late. Surgical exploration failed to remove the tumor in 4 cases. All 4 cases died within 8 months after discharge. Four cases suddenly died of sudden death due to hospitalization. Four patients refused surgery and died within 6 to 18 months after discharge. The authors believe that heart tumors should be diagnosed early and treated early.
