目的:探讨早期鼻饲生大黄粉对ICU危重症病人胃肠道功能的影响。方法:将136例ICU危重病患者分为生大黄组66例,对照组70例;两组基础治疗相同,生大黄组伤后24h给予生大黄粉经鼻胃管鼻饲,每次0.1g/kg,用温开水50mL拌匀,每8h 1次,连续应用3~5天;比较两组患者治疗后3天和5天胃液潴留量、上消化道出血、肠功能紊乱发生率的变化、胃肠外营养和建立有效的肠内营养时间。结果:生大黄组与对照组对比胃液潴留量、上消化道出血、肠功能紊乱发生率有显著差异性(P<0.05),胃肠外营养和有效肠内营养时间缩短。结论:早期鼻饲生大黄粉可显著降低上消化道出血发病率,减少胃肠功能障碍的发生,有利于患者早期肠内营养支持治疗和恢复,在ICU危重症病人治疗中有着重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nasal feeding rhubarb powder on gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients with ICU. Methods: Thirty-six ICU critically ill patients were divided into 66 cases of rhubarb group and 70 cases of control group. The basic treatment was the same in both groups. Conclusion: The nasal feeding rhubarb powder can significantly reduce the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, reduce gastrointestinal dysfunction, is conducive to early enteral nutrition support and recovery in the treatment of critically ill patients with ICU is of great significance.
