The authors have achieved satisfactory results in the interventional treatment of percutaneous transfemoral chemotherapy pump implantation in patients with inoperable tumors. The author adopted Seldinger method to percutaneous transfemoral artery puncture cannulation, select the tumor’s blood supply artery, and then push the chemotherapeutic drugs to complete the chemotherapy. After chemotherapy, the long exchange guide wire is introduced, and the common interventional catheter is exchanged, and then the long exchange guide wire is introduced into the supporting soft pump.
