应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对人体粒细胞白血病(HL-60)裸鼠异种移植模型癌变及癌旁正常组织粉末样品进行了分析研究。结果表明癌变与癌旁正常组织的红外光谱有明显的区别,这反映了组织中蛋白质,核酸和脂类等生物分子在裸鼠癌变和正常组织中的构型与构像以及相对含量上的差别。傅里叶变换红外光谱法可以用于对HL-60细胞进行鉴别诊断,可成为肿瘤红外光谱研究的一种新方法。
The application of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) in the analysis of carcinomatous and para-cancerous tissue samples in nude mice with human granulocytic leukemia (HL-60) xenografts. The results show that there is a clear difference between the cancer tissues and the adjacent normal tissues, which reflects the differences in the conformation and conformation and the relative contents of the bioactive molecules such as proteins, nucleic acids and lipids in cancerous and normal tissues of nude mice . Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy can be used for the differential diagnosis of HL-60 cells, which can become a new method of tumor infrared spectroscopy.
