以丙烯酸和十八醇为原料 ,由酯化反应合成丙烯酸十八酯。研究了丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比、催化剂和阻聚剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响。由实验得出的最佳合成条件是 :丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比为 1.2 ,对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚的用量 (质量分数 )分别为 1.0 %和 0 .8% ,反应温度为 12 0℃ ,反应时间为 8h。在此反应条件下 ,酯化产率可达 98%。其酯化产物的熔点、元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振分析证明所得产物为丙烯酸十八酯
Using acrylic acid and stearyl alcohol as raw materials, octadecyl acrylate was synthesized by esterification. The effects of the molar ratio of acrylic acid to octadecanol, the amount of catalyst and inhibitor, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions obtained from the experiment are as follows: the molar ratio of acrylic acid to octadecanol is 1.2, the amounts of p-toluenesulfonic acid and hydroquinone are 1.0% and 0.8% respectively, and the reaction temperature is 12 0 ℃, the reaction time was 8h. In this reaction conditions, the yield of esterification up to 98%. The melting point of the esterified product, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis showed that the resulting product was octadecyl acrylate
