目的:探讨数字胃肠机在立位全脊柱摄影中的临床应用。方法:利用数字胃肠机对43例脊柱侧凸或序列异常患者行立位全脊柱一次拍摄成像。结果:全脊柱正侧位照片43例,胸凸4例,腰凸5例,联合胸腰凸8例,移行椎10例,椎体畸形等其他病变16例(对脊柱侧凸患者加摄左右侧凸位)。结论:数字胃肠机可连续曝光一次获得整个脊柱的图像,影像直观清晰,为临床诊断、选择治疗方法及术后复查提供重要依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of digital gastrointestinal machine in standing full spine photography. Methods: Using digital gastrointestinal machines, 43 patients with scoliosis or abnormal sequence of patients underwent a full spine imaging. Results: There were 43 cases of full spine posterior photograph, 4 cases of thoracic and convex, 5 cases of lumbar convex, 8 cases of combined thoracic and lumbar spine, 10 cases of displaced vertebra, 16 cases of vertebral deformity and other lesions Scoliosis bit). Conclusion: The digital gastrointestinal machine can obtain the images of the entire spine once and for all. The images are clear and clear, providing an important basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment selection and postoperative review.
