以GZPK3037型高速旋转式压片机强迫加料器为研究对象,采用试验和数值模拟相结合的方式研究了强迫加料器不同叶轮转速对压片机充填性能的影响。选择欧拉法为气固两相流研究方法,采用有限体积法对欧拉方程进行离散,分析了叶轮转速变化对粉末充填的影响。计算和试验结果吻合较好,当叶轮转速为60 r/min时,粉末颗粒出口质量流量最大,片重差异最小,粉末颗粒流动性和充填效果最好。
Taking GZPK3037 high-speed rotary tablet press forced feeder as the research object, the effect of forced impeller different impeller rotational speed on filling performance of the tablet press was studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. Euler method was chosen as the research method of gas-solid two-phase flow. The finite volume method was used to discretize the Euler equation. The influence of impeller rotation speed on powder filling was analyzed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. When the impeller speed is 60 r / min, the mass flow of powder particles reaches the maximum, the weight difference is the smallest, and the fluidity and filling effect of powder particles are the best.
