在我国新时期的背景下,教育制度不断得到改革和完善,从而对小学教育工作提出了越来越高的要求,再加上班级授课制度的实行,增加了小学班级管理工作的挑战性,加大了小学班主任的工作难度。班主任作为一个班级的灵魂性人物,在组织领导班级全体学生生活学习方面发挥着重要的作用,而且需要面对许多班级管理中复杂琐碎的问题。对此,加强小学班主任在班级管理中的沟通工作,则是当前小学班主任的重要工作内容。只有加强与学生之间的交流了解,才能切实提高沟通效率,从而高效地处理解决学生在班级中的问题。
