文章采用问卷调查、实验研究方法,对大理学院健身气功选项课及体育保健课的200名新生进行一学期的跟踪观察与研究,对比发现健身气功对大学生心理健康的促进作用明显,据此探讨健身气功对干预大学生心理健康的价值。
The article uses questionnaires and experimental research methods to conduct a semester follow-up study of 200 freshmen in Health Qigong course and physical education health class in Dali University. It is found that Health Qigong plays a significant role in promoting the mental health of college students. Based on this, Value of Health Qigong on Intervention in College Students’ Psychological Health.
