食品卫生质量要通过食品生产经营人员来实现。实践证明,一个地区、一个单位食品卫生状况的好坏与从业人员的卫生素质有着极其重要的关系。因此,为了更好地贯彻执法《食品卫生法》,提高武汉市的食品卫生水平,保障广大消费者的身体健康,市站食品卫生科于1997年上半年对全市食品从业人员食品卫生知识的掌握情况进行了一次抽样调查,现将调查结果报告如下。1 调查对象与方法 (1)调查对象。武汉市食品生产、经营、销售单位的从业人员840名。
