目的从分子水平探讨人胃螺杆菌(Helicobacterheilmanni,Hh)的生物分类学地位。方法采用螺杆菌属特异和细菌通用的16SrDNA引物对1例Hh阳性胃粘膜组织行PCR扩增、产物纯化和四荧光标记单泳道法自动测序,PC/GENE软件分析其与各近缘菌之间的同源性。结果与国外所测两例Hh的同源性分别为984%和960%,与螺杆菌属细菌的同源性均在935%以上,与猫胃螺杆菌(Hf)及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的同源性分别为965%和971%。结论Hh是属于不同于其它已知螺杆菌的一种新细菌,与国外报道的Ⅰ型十分接近,与Hp及Hf的同源性高于同其它螺杆菌的同源性,但二者之间差别不大
Objective To investigate the taxonomic status of Helicobacter heilmanni (Hh) from the molecular level. Methods One case of Hh positive gastric mucosa was amplified by PCR using 16S rDNA primers specific to Helicobacter and bacteria. The products were purified and sequenced by four-fluorescent-labeling single lane method. PC / GENE software was used to analyze the relationship between the Hh- Homology. Results The homologies with two Hh strains tested abroad were 984% and 960%, respectively. The homologies with Helicobacter were more than 935% The homology of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) was 965% and 971% respectively. Conclusion Hh belongs to a new bacterium different from other known Helicobacter species, which is very close to the type Ⅰ reported in foreign countries. The homology with Hp and Hf is higher than that with other Helicobacter species. However, not much differences
