据用户反馈,某型起重机配置的DANA变速器的前输出法兰,常出现油封破损、漏油故障,且更换油封不久后故障再次出现。本文对该油封损坏原因进行了分析,并提出了改进意见。该起重机变速器动力传递路线如图1所示。传动轴1与变速器前输出法兰相连,将动力传递至前桥。传动轴2与变速器后输出法兰相连,将动力传递至后桥。其中传动轴1为不可伸缩式,传动轴2为可伸缩式。前输出法兰油封位于前输出法兰与变速器相连接处,如图2所示,图2中绿色部分即为该油封。
According to user feedback, a crane configuration of the front output flange of the DANA transmission, often rupture of the oil seal, oil spill failure, and replace the oil seal shortly after the failure again. This paper analyzes the causes of the oil seal damage, and put forward suggestions for improvement. The crane transmission power transmission line shown in Figure 1. Drive shaft 1 is connected to the front output flange of the transmission and transmits power to the front axle. Drive shaft 2 is connected to the transmission rear flange and transmits power to the rear axle. Wherein the drive shaft 1 is not retractable, the drive shaft 2 is retractable. The front output flange oil seal is located on the front output flange connected to the transmission. As shown in Figure 2, the green part in Figure 2 is the oil seal.
