本文对临床诊断为风疹的19例患儿采集了咽拭标本,用原代兔肾细胞以HSV—1为攻击病毒的干扰法分离风疹病毒,结果有9份干扰阳性,并将其分别移种于RK_(13)细胞,皆呈现与标准毒种Gos—1C株相同的细胞病变。相反,所有干扰阴性材料移种RK_(13)细胞皆未见细胞病变。取干扰阳性五株用干扰法做中和试验,表明可被风疹病毒标准株Gos-10株及Judith株的特异血清所中和,证明皆属于风疹病毒。
In this paper, pharyngeal swab specimens were collected from 19 children with clinically diagnosed rubella and the rubella virus was isolated from the primary rabbit kidney cells using the HSV-1 as the challenge virus. As a result, 9 were positive for interference and were transplanted separately In RK_ (13) cells, all showed the same cytopathic effect as the standard strain Gos-1C strain. In contrast, no cytopathic effect was observed in all RK_ (13) cells transplanted with interfering negative materials. The interference-positive five strains were neutralized by the interference method, indicating that they can be neutralized by the specific sera of the rubella virus standard strains Gos-10 and Judith strains, all of which belong to the rubella virus.
