目的:建立测定空心胶囊中铬含量的方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法。以铬国家标准溶液为基准,用高温炉升温至800℃消解样品;测定条件为铬空心阴极灯,波长357.9nm,狭缝0.7nm,灯电流10mA,石墨炉原子化器,保护气为氩气,氘灯背景校正系统。结果:铬检测浓度线性范围为2~60μg.L-1(r=0.9992),检测限为0.5μg.L-1,平均回收率为100.19%,RSD=1.26%。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于空心胶囊中铬含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chromium in hollow capsules. Methods: graphite furnace atomic absorption method. Chromium national standard solution as a benchmark, with a high temperature furnace was heated to 800 ℃ digestion samples; measuring conditions for the chromium hollow cathode lamp, wavelength 357.9nm, slit 0.7nm, lamp current 10mA, graphite furnace atomizer, the protective gas is argon Deuterium lamp background correction system. Results: The linear range of chromium concentration was 2 ~ 60μg.L-1 (r = 0.9992). The detection limit was 0.5μg.L-1. The average recovery was 100.19% and the RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of chromium content in hollow capsules.
