作者用低硒克山病病区粮(硒含量:0.009ppm)和病区粮补亚硒酸钠(补硒量:0.25ppm)饲养大鼠1、2、3个月后,分别同时测定两组大鼠心肌肌浆网(SR)的Ca~(2+)-腺苷三磷酸酶(Ca~(2+)-ATPase)活性和钙摄取速率.用差速离心法制备粗SR,再用0.6 mol/L KCl溶液纯化。Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性测定按无机磷(Pi)比色法,钙摄取速率测定按草酸盐沉淀的微孔滤膜法.结果表明:饲养1个月后,低硒组大鼠心肌SR的Ca~(2+)-TAPase活性和钙
