研究了以四丁基溴化铵、四氯化锡为反应催化剂,丁苯橡胶、工业溴与氯化溴为原料,二氯乙烷为溶剂,制备出溴化丁二烯共聚物阻燃剂产品。讨论了溴化SBS的合成原理、工艺路线、工艺方法及参数,成品的检测与鉴定及技术指标等项目,本产品的合成工艺技术主要采用特定定位剂,在混合溶剂中催化反应制备溴化SBS。溴化反应在温和条件下分两次加溴缓慢进行,从而制备出有机溴含量稳定、分子量分布均匀且范围较窄并符合正态分布,具有优异热稳定性的目标产物。
The effects of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide, tin tetrachloride as reaction catalyst, styrene-butadiene rubber, industrial bromine and bromine chloride as raw materials and dichloroethane as solvent were studied to prepare brominated butadiene copolymer flame retardant product. The synthesis principle, process route, process method and parameter of brominated SBS are discussed. The detection and identification of finished product and technical index are discussed. The synthesis technology of this product mainly adopts specific positioning agent and catalyzed reaction in mixed solvent to prepare brominated SBS . The bromination reaction is carried out slowly under mild conditions with two additions of bromine to prepare a target product with stable organic bromine content, uniform molecular weight distribution, narrow range and normal distribution, and excellent thermal stability.
