目的探讨人工流产手术后立即口服避孕药去氧孕烯炔雌醇片的临床效果。方法确诊有人工流产指征患者129例,按照随机数表法分为实验组65例和对照组64例,实验组于术后即时口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)1片/d,连续服用3周作为1疗程;对照组服用安慰剂1片/d,连续3周;所有患者术后均服益母草颗粒及常规抗生素对症处理。记录术后出血时间,B超测定术后14 d子宫内膜厚度,记录月经恢复时间。结果实验组术后出血时间明显短于对照组,平均子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.01);实验组术后月经恢复时间(25.6±1.9)d,短于对照组(31.1±3.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人工流产手术后即时口服妈富隆疗效确切,可缩短术后子宫出血时间,促进内膜生长,规律月经周期,对患者生殖系统作用明显,符合治疗理念,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral contraceptive ethinyl ethinyl estradiol (OECD) immediately after induced abortion. Methods A total of 129 patients with induced abortion indications were divided into experimental group (n = 65) and control group (n = 64) according to the random number table. The experimental group received oral administration of 1 g / d for 3 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment; the control group taking placebo 1 / d for 3 weeks; all patients were treated with Leonurus granules and conventional antibiotics symptomatic treatment. The postoperative bleeding time was recorded. The thickness of endometrium was measured 14 days after operation by B ultrasound, and the recovery time of the menstruation was recorded. Results The postoperative bleeding time was significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group, and the mean endometrial thickness was significantly larger than that in the control group (P <0.01). The postoperative menstruation recovery time (25.6 ± 1.9) d in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group Group (31.1 ± 3.3) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Immediate oral administration of Marvelon after induced abortion is effective and can shorten postoperative uterine bleeding time and promote endometrial growth and regular menstrual cycle. It has obvious effect on patients’ reproductive system and conforms to the treatment concept, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
