采用邻苯三酚自氧化法观察了一贯煎及其多糖对小鼠红细胞和组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:一贯煎及其多糖均能明显提高小鼠红细胞和组织中SOD的活性,与对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.001),说明其具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Using pyrogallol autoxidation method to observe the effect of one-way decoction and its polysaccharide on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mouse red blood cells and tissues. The results showed that: the first round of fried and polysaccharides can significantly increase the activity of SOD in mouse red blood cells and tissues, compared with the control group there is a very significant difference (P <0.001), indicating that it has a certain anti-aging effect.
