基于中小学教师的教育对象是未成年人,受身心特点影响,惩戒教育就其存在的必要性。除了部分教师的惩戒方式不当而引起的对教师惩戒的误解之外,在教育实践中,教师在实施正当的惩戒过程中面临着许多客观存在的阻力。通过问卷调查,查阅相关资料,以及对资深教师以及学校管理人员的访谈,了解山东省日照市中小学教师惩戒权实施阻力的主要来源,得出教师惩戒权实施的阻力来源主要涉及社会舆论、家长态度、学生本身、教育行政压力、法律不明等方面。继而在调查研究的基础上,寻求解决教师阻力的途径,发挥教育惩戒的真正教育价值。
Primary and secondary school teachers based on the education target is a minor, affected by physical and psychological characteristics, disciplinary education on the necessity of its existence. In addition to the misunderstanding of teacher discipline brought about by improper disciplinary methods by some teachers, in the practice of education, teachers face many objective obstacles in implementing proper disciplinary procedures. Through questionnaires, access to relevant information and interviews with senior teachers and school administrators, the author found out the main sources of resistance to the disciplinary power of primary and secondary school teachers in Rizhao, Shandong Province, and concluded that the sources of resistance for the implementation of teachers’ disciplinary power mainly related to public opinions, parents Attitude, students themselves, education and administrative pressure, the law is unknown and so on. Then on the basis of the investigation and study, we seek ways to solve the resistance of teachers and give full play to the true educational value of education.
