羊膜带阻断症（amniocticbanddisruptioncomplx，ABDC）早在1685年就被Portal发现。但近10多年才由动物实验及人体畸形研究证实，为先天性畸形中较常见的类型之一。国外报道在活产儿中占1／（120～1500），国内报道较少，且多为轻型、单发畸形。现将笔者所见头面部多处畸形1例 Amnioctic banding disruption (ABDC) was discovered by Portal in 1685.
