采用较先进的放射免疫分析法测量41例胆色素结石病人和31例正常人血清生长激素和胰岛素的水平,结果显示病人血清中生长激素明显高于对照组(P<0.001),而胰岛素水平低于对照组(P>0.05).基于这一发现,作者推测,胆色素结石的形成与生长激素的升高可能有一定的内在联系,其机理可能是:生长激素能够刺激甲状旁晚,使血钙升高;生长激素能够动员周围脂肪分解,参与结石的形成;生长激素能够使血铜升高,铜离子与胆汁中胆红素、粘糖蛋白等结合而形成沉淀物。
The serum levels of growth hormone and insulin in 41 patients with bile duct stones and 31 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay.
