完整的角膜上皮,对局部眼药和微生物进入眼内起着屏障作用。手术、外伤及眼病可损伤此屏障作用。上皮的渗透性改变,能影响眼药的功效和毒性。本文作者应用荧光光度计测定穿透性角膜移植后人角膜和前房内荧光素渗入增高的程度。裂隙灯检查临床表现正常者10人20眼作对照。穿透性角膜移植后不到7天的16例病人其中8例移植片偶尔有点状染色,8例移植片有10%以上未痊愈。在确定自体的荧光基线后,下穹窿部滴入一点2%荧光素钠,用于开大睑裂,记下读数。在滴入荧光素后45分钟取读数。结果:在局部滴入荧光素后45分钟20只对照眼的平均荧光素量为0.25±0.013μg/ml,而45分钟后8个移植片愈合病人的平均荧光素量为0.835±0.093μg/ml,为对照眼的3.3倍(P<0.001)。3
Complete corneal epithelium, on the local ophthalmic drugs and microbes into the eye play a barrier. Surgery, trauma and eye diseases can damage this barrier. The authors applied fluorimetry to determine the extent of increased corneal and intracameral fluorescein penetration after penetrating keratoplasty. RESULTS: The mean fluorescein in 20 control eyes at 45 minutes after topical fluorescein injection was 0.25 ± 0.013 μg / ml compared to 0.835 ± 0.093 μg / ml after 45 minutes of 8 grafts healed 3.3 times that of the control eyes (P <0.001). 3
