本研究初步证明:1.使用桥交组合的转育方法,能使符合当地育种目标的玉米材料B_(774)、B_(80—1)、吉_(63)×华_(160) 、吉_(63)×B_(73)等由原来出愈率为0.分别提高到4.43%、2.5%、5.8%和2.75%,原来出愈率为0.3%的沈单_3转育后,其子一代的出愈率也高达4.4%.2.作“桥”材料的出愈率与桥交组合F_1的出愈率呈极显著正相关(γ=0.9741,P<0.01).3.以桥作母本与转育材料配制正交组合F_1出愈率,超过其反交组合F_1出愈率的三倍,因此,本试验上述结果.可为玉米采用花药培养单倍体育种的实际应用提供参考.
This study proves that: 1. The crossbreeding method using bridge cross can make the maize materials B_ (774), B_ (80-1), Ji_ (63) × Hua_ (160) _ (63) × B_ (73) and so on from the original curse rate of 0. increased to 4.43%, 2.5%, 5.8% and 2.75%, the original rate of 0.3% The birth rate of the child generation was also as high as 4.4% .2.The incidence of “bridging” material was significantly and positively correlated with the recovery rate of F_1 (γ = 0.9741, P <0.01) .3. The result of this experiment was that the rate of outcrossing F_1 of female parent and transplanted material was more than three times that of the reciprocal mating F_1, therefore, the results of this experiment can be provided for the practical application of maize anther culture haploid breeding reference.
