对进气道 /发动机动态畸变流场压力测试及数据处理中所需要的滤波器技术要求和性能指标进行了介绍 ,还介绍了采用四阶波特沃斯滤波器的工作原理、特性及调试中的技术问题。样机对动态压力探针信号进行了高通滤波 (fc =0 .2 5Hz~ 2 .5Hz共分十档 ) ,对稳态压力探针信号进行 (分十档 )低通滤波处理。然后两者叠加 ,最后经fc =10 0Hz~ 10KHz低通滤波器得到有用的畸变脉动压力信号。在完成滤波器样机的设计、制作和安装后 ,用FFT信号分析仪对样机的性能指标作了检测 ,得到了各滤波器单元在不同截止频率情况下的幅频相频曲线 ,证明了所获得数据与理论值吻合。表明所研制的滤波器性能完全能满足在动态畸变流动下数据处理中的使用要求 ,且可作普通滤波处理仪器应用。
Introduced the technical requirements and performance requirements of the filter for the dynamic pressure field test and data processing of the inlet / engine dynamic distortions, and also introduced the working principle, characteristics and debugging of the fourth-order Porter filters Technical problems. The prototype of the dynamic pressure probe signal was high-pass filter (fc = 0. 25Hz ~ 2 .5Hz is divided into ten files), steady pressure probe signal (sub-ten files) low-pass filter processing. Then the two superposition, and finally by fc = 10 0Hz ~ 10KHz low-pass filter to obtain a useful distortion of the pulse pressure signal. After completing the design, fabrication and installation of the filter prototype, the FFT signal analyzer was used to test the performance of the prototype. The amplitude-frequency phase-frequency curves of the filter units at different cut-off frequencies were obtained. The data is consistent with the theoretical value. It shows that the performance of the developed filter can fully meet the requirements of the data processing under dynamic distortion flow and can be used as ordinary filter processing instrument.
