随着现代社会的发展,企业之间的竞争不仅仅体现在经济方面,更体现在对人的管理及使用方面。本文首先从情绪管理的内涵出发,阐述情绪分析的理论价值和实践意义,并总结情绪管理在现代企业人力资源管理中的重要性。通过对良好情绪管理下的企业和不注重情绪管理的企业进行对比分析,从而探讨企业的情绪管理的实际情况、出现的问题以及现代员工的特点,希望可以将研究结果运用到现代企业中,解决由于员工情绪引起的消极怠工、责任不明、离职跳槽频繁等问题,从而提高人力资源的管理效率,促进现代企业的发展,构建一个较为合理的情绪管理体制,规划出情绪管理的发展方向。
With the development of modern society, competition among enterprises is not only reflected in the economy, but also in the management and use of people. This article begins with the connotation of emotional management, elaborates the theoretical value and practical significance of emotional analysis, and summarizes the importance of emotional management in human resources management of modern enterprises. Through a comparative analysis of enterprises under good emotional management and those that do not pay attention to emotional management, the actual situation, emerging problems, and characteristics of modern employees are discussed. It is hoped that the research results can be applied to modern enterprises and solutions can be achieved. Due to employees’ negative emotions caused by negative emotions, unclear responsibilities, frequent turnover quitting and other issues, the efficiency of human resources management is improved, modern enterprise development is promoted, a more reasonable emotional management system is established, and the development direction of emotional management is planned.
