近年来,径向冷挤压及冷缩径工艺的广泛采用把冷挤压工艺向前推进了一步,冷缩径工艺发展较快,从螺钉的冷缩发展到一些较大的、较精密的细长杆件的冷缩,如自行车后轴、中轴、脚蹬轴及力车车轴等。下面以自行车后轴冷缩径工艺为例,浅谈冷缩径工艺。一、基本原理冷缩径就是在常温下,坯料的局部或大部分不受凹模约束,在外力作用下,减小其截面积,从而获得所需要的几何形状的一种挤压方法(可称无拘束挤压)。其成形过程见图1。
