本文首先指出我国企业人力资源管理过程中存在的一些问题,并简析了统计分析对于企业人力资源管理的重要作用,其次通过列举三个实例具体阐述了统计分析方法在企业人力资源管理中的应用。本文的分析表明,统计分析方法在现代企业人力资源管理中具有十分广泛的应用。随着我国现代企业制度的逐步完善,统计分析方法在人力资源管理方面的重要性将逐步凸显。
This paper first points out some problems in the process of human resources management in Chinese enterprises, and analyzes the important role of statistical analysis in the human resources management of enterprises. Second, it expounds the application of statistical analysis methods in human resources management by enumerating three examples . The analysis of this paper shows that the statistical analysis method has a very wide range of applications in the modern enterprise human resource management. With the gradual improvement of the modern enterprise system in our country, the importance of statistical analysis in human resources management will gradually be highlighted.
