在职业中学的计算机教学中,分层教学法是比较适合学生的教学方法,由于,职业中学学生的成绩与能力差异较大,教师在教学的过程中很难满足每一位学生对学习的需求,进而影响了学生学习的积极性,造成学生厌学的心理,直接影响了学生的学习成绩。在新课程教学背景下,教师按照教学的要求不断地改善教学方法,根据学生在课堂上的实际反应与接受新事物的能力,把学生分成几个层次,根据学生的不同层次的需求量或是需求度来进行教学,完成“以学定教”的指导思想。
