以小麦杂交组合C49S-87/01Y1-1069的DH群体为材料,利用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对小麦×玉米杂交得胚率的遗传效应进行分析。结果表明,小麦×玉米杂交得胚率受两对显性上位主基因和多基因控制,其主基因效应分别为1.95和6.69,多基因效应为2.80;主基因遗传率为72.09%,说明小麦材料间得胚率的差异主要受基因型影响,但非遗传因素也不可忽视,尤其是对那些得胚率低的小麦材料。
The DH population of C49S-87 / 01Y1-1069 was used as the material to analyze the genetic effect of the embryo rate in crossbreeding of wheat × maize by using the major quantitative gene + polygene mixed genetic model. The results showed that the embryo rate of wheat × maize hybridization was controlled by two dominant dominant genes and multiple genes, the major gene effects were 1.95 and 6.69, respectively, and the multiple gene effect was 2.80. The heritability of major genes was 72.09% The differences in embryo rates are mainly influenced by genotypes, but non-genetic factors can not be ignored, especially for those wheat cultivars with low embryo rates.
