第一条(目的和依据) 为了加强本市集成电路企业及产品认定的管理,推动集成电路产业的发展,根据《鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策》(国发[2000]18号)、《关于本市鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策规定》(沪府发[2000]54号)和《集成电路设计企业及产品认定暂行管理办法》(信部产[2000]1067号)的有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
Article 1 (Purpose and Basis) In order to strengthen the management of the enterprises and products identified in this IC and promote the development of the IC industry, according to the “Several Policies Encouraging the Development of Software Industry and Integrated Circuit Industry” (Guo Fa [2000] No. 18 ), “Several Policies and Regulations on Encouraging the Development of Software Industry and Integrated Circuit Industry in the Municipality” (Shanghai Fu Fa [2000] No. 54) and Interim Measures for the Administration of Certification of Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises and Products (Xinbai Chan [2000] 1067 No.) of the relevant provisions, with the actual city, the development of this approach.
