报载,日本的一位顾客在商场买了一台洗衣机,回家一试,竟没有任何动静,便气呼呼地打电话到商场。很快商场老板就驾车到了,一进门见到这位顾客便说:“恭喜您中奖!”顾客一愣,老板连忙解释说:“我们在这一批洗衣机中特备了一台不良洗衣机,专为中奖者预备的。恭喜您成了幸运的获奖者,现奖给您洗衣机一台,外带30万日元奖金。”这位顾客获奖后喜出望外,四处游说,广为宣传。这家商场的生意因此而日渐红火。
The newspaper reported that a Japanese customer bought a washing machine in the mall and went home for a test. When there was no movement, he called the mall.
