一、了解班情,真情付出苏霍姆林斯基认为,“没有爱,就没有教育”。我接手后,逐步了解学生的家庭状况和个人状况,开始了教育教学工作。由于教学语文我游刃有余,讲得精、效率高就有足够的时间来提高语文。这样的班级学生底子薄、识字量小,课外读物少,阅读量少,家里条件差,就是订阅刊物都是寥寥无几。更重要的是孩子们缺少关爱和引导,大多数学生对学习不感兴趣。所以,我先从养成良好的学习习惯入手。二、调动积极因素增大学生阅读量
