Beijing Huicong Advertising Information Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted a special sample survey of the 3.5′′ floppy disk market in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Xi’an in 1994. The results were summarized and analyzed as follows. First, a sample analysis of market size shows that: China 3.5′′ The top ten brands in sales of floppy disks were Maxell, Sony, Verbatim, SV, GMT, 3M, DYSAN, Sea Butterfly, CDCOM, and SAFE. Sample analysis showed that the total sales volume in 1993, the first half of 1994, and July 1994 accounted for 99.51% of the total sales volume of the 3.5” floppy disk market in mainland China in the same period.
