目的 用黑腹果蝇的生存试验来检测烹调剩油对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响。方法 收集 8h内羽化而未交配的果蝇进行雌雄分组 ,每个浓度组 2 0 0只果蝇 ,雌雄各 8个浓度组 ,每 2天记录果蝇存活数 ,每 4天更换培养基 ,直至果蝇全部死亡。结果 各浓度组雌雄果蝇在半数死亡时间、平均寿命和平均最高寿命等指标均明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 表明烹调油烟有明显缩短果蝇寿命的作用。
Objective To test the effect of cooking residual oil on the life span of Drosophila melanogaster using the survival test of Drosophila melanogaster. Methods Drosophila and non-mating Drosophila melanogaster were collected within 8 hours in male and female groups. Each concentration group consisted of 200 flies and 8 male and 8 female rats. The flies survived every 2 days. The medium was changed every 4 days until Drosophila all died. Results The results showed that the number of male and female Drosophila melanogaster were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01) at half the time of death, mean life expectancy and mean maximum life expectancy. The results show that cooking fume significantly reduce the life span of fruit flies.
