川崎病（KD）是一种以急性全身血管炎为主要病理变化的疾病，好发于6个月至4岁的婴幼儿。KD主要累及冠状动脉，导致动脉瘤和血栓形成，引起严重的并发症甚至猝死。目前KD的病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。文章就KD的流行病学、病因、发病机制及易感因素等新进展作一综述。
