随着我国教育的改革与发展,高职院校得到了快速的发展,但是和高等院校相比,高职院校的学生无论是知识水平还是基本素质都较低,因此辅导员对于学生的管理工作显得尤为必要,是高职教育学生管理工作的重要组成部分。对高职辅导员学生管理工作的特点做了简单分析,并说明了加强高校辅导员学生管理工作的意义,最后对高职辅导员学生管理工作的方法进行了探讨,以此方便高职辅导员做好学生管理工作。
