对汽车冷凝器和蒸发器的微弧氧化工艺进行了研究;概述了铝合金微弧氧化技术的研究现状,探讨了其优越性。着重研究微弧氧化的耐蚀性,包括电解液的组成体系研究、添加剂的研究以及电流、电压、频率、氧化时间和温度对铝材的性能影响的研究。通过实验,得出一种理想的电解液组合和优化的电参数,使微弧氧化的耐蚀性最好。
The micro-arc oxidation process of automobile condenser and evaporator was studied. The research status of micro-arc oxidation of aluminum alloy was summarized, and its superiority was discussed. The research focused on the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation, including the study of the composition of the electrolyte, the study of additives and the influence of current, voltage, frequency, oxidation time and temperature on the properties of aluminum. Through experiments, an ideal electrolyte combination and optimized electrical parameters are obtained, which make the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation the best.
