苏联解体后,各加盟共和国共产党曾一度被禁与取缔,哈萨克斯坦共产党也不例外,一度面临政治生活的边缘状态,现已成为哈萨克斯坦令人瞩目的反对派政党之一。本文在大量翻译哈萨克斯坦共产党相关的第一手资料基础上,考察了苏联解体后哈萨克斯坦共产党的发展历程,阐明了其基本纲领和政策主张。研究苏联解体后哈萨克斯坦共产党的发展历程、斗争策略,总结其经验教训与运行规律,是当代社会主义研究的一个重要方面,对中国共产党的发展建设和巩固执政地位有着重要的借鉴意义。
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the communist parties in the republics were once banned and banned. The communist party of Kazakhstan is no exception. At the brink of political life, the communist party of Kazakhstan has become one of the notable opposition political parties in Kazakhstan.
