有很多管理者抱怨自己的员工没有活力,缺乏激情,甚至认为员工满足于现状,不思进取。但是,按马斯洛需求层次理论来看,人性本身具有不断追求更高层次需要的愿望。当我们认真去检视这些管理者在企业中实施的激励手段时,却发现:他们的激励手段并不全面。以下八种激励模式应该为管理者同时运用,才能达到效果,否则,只靠一两种激励模式发力,只能成就一时,不能成就永久。
Many managers complain that their employees are inactive, lack passion, and even think that employees are satisfied with the status quo and are unwilling to make progress. However, according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, human nature itself has the desire to continuously pursue higher-level needs. When we carefully examine the incentives that these managers have implemented in companies, we find that their incentives are not comprehensive. The following eight incentive models should be applied simultaneously by managers to achieve results. Otherwise, they can only rely on one or two incentive models to generate power. They can only achieve success for a time and they cannot achieve permanent results.
