CBD-1型钻探技术参数电测仪是湖北省地质局第九地质大队在有关单位的协作下研制成功的。该仪器是一种数字显示仪表，主要用于地质岩心钻探生产中测试冲洗液流量、泵压等技术参数，外型见图1。在钻进过程中能够判断孔内情况，从而可以选定最优钻进参数，以达到提高效率，保证工程质量，予防孔内事故的目的，并为钻探自动化生产及文明生产创造了一定条件。
